Pricing is subject to change. Pricing is dependent on the overall order, the quantity of items and availability.
Sale or Customized Products
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. Customized products such as countertops, or modified products such as countertops with additional holes drilled, are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits.
Inspection of Products
All products must be inspected upon pick-up or delivery. Do not accept or sign for damaged products.
Flooring and tile should be inspected before installation. Claims for damaged items must be submitted same day.
Once installed, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
We strive to provide exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We value each customer's experience and strive to make sure they are satisfied.
For your return to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened along with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% to 75% may be applied. Any refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
An exchange can be made up to 10 days of your original purchase. For your exchange to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, along with the original receipt. A restocking fee of 25% to 75% will be applied.
Items will not be eligible for exchange if the following apply:
Scratched or broken
Missing the original receipt
Missing or having damaged the original packaging
Shows signs that item has been previously installed

Do you offer installation services?
No, we do not offer installation services. For some projects we can recommend a contractor.
How do I know you received my online order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received and accepted your order.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If you are looking to cancel an order you placed online you will need to contact the store, either by phone or email.
What payment method are accepted? (Online/ In store)
Online we accept all major credit/debit cards.
In Store we accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, cheques and e-transfers. We do not accept American Express.

Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No appointment needed, however if you are preparing for a big job it's best to let us know you are coming so we can set enough time aside to assist you.
Is the vanity already assembled?
Yes, our vanities are assembled.
How are the vanities packaged?
The vanities are in a cardboard box with styrofoam. Depending on the size of vanity you purchase the countertop may be packaged separately.
How will my order be delivered?Â
Depending on your location and order, one of our team members or a third party company will make the delivery.
Can I delay my delivery?Â
Please contact us and we will try our best to make an accommodation. Additional fees may be incurred.Â
Can I pick it up in person?
Yes, all orders can be picked up from our showroom.Â

I have store credit. Can I used it online?
Unfortunately, store credits may only be used in store.
Can someone else come and pickup my order?Â
Yes, someone else may pick up your order as long as they have a copy of the original receipt and photo ID. For online orders you may also leave a note stating who will be picking it up on your behalf.
Is it possible to return products purchased online?
All returns are subject to our return policy. Method of purchase does not affect returns.Â

Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery you will receive an email or phone call from one of our team members.
