I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is to the front door. The front door must be accessible - no vehicle blocking, steps must be passible with a dolly. There must be available parking for the delivery van. The delivery team will not enter the home. Products needed to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.
I live in a condo/apartment. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is to the front door. The front door must be accessible - no vehicle blocking, steps must be passible with a dolly. There must be available parking for the delivery van. The delivery team does not go inside the condo building. Ensure you or someone is available to receive the order. Products needed to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, additional fees will apply for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
What if no one is home when my order is delivered?
If no one is available to accept delivery, additional charges will be required for rescheduling your order.
Do I have to help lift or carry anything?
Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and depositing the items at the front door. After that you are responsible for your products.
