Many of our products are available for same day or next day pick up. Call our showroom to inquire about a specific product. 

 

Delivery

Vanities, toilets, shower doors, bathtubs, faucets, bathroom accesses and more - all delivered to your door. We are proud to offer delivery for many of our products up to 160 km from our showroom.

Within 50km from our showroom:

Less than $1500: $40 delivery fee

More than $1500: FREE

 

Over 50km up to 100km from our showroom:

Less than $1500: $200 delivery fee

More than $1500: $100 delivery fee

 

Over 100km up to 150km from our showroom:

Less than $1500: $250 delivery fee

More than $1500: $200 delivery fee

Tile & Flooring are excluded. Please contact us for more information on delivering these products. Delivery within 5-7 business days for most items. Deliveries are to the main door. Area must be accessible by dolly. Exclusions apply.

FAQs

I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is a curbside delivery. For example, the delivery team will leave the boxes in the driveway or they will be left in the garage if this one is easily accessible from the driveway. The delivery team will not enter the home. Products needed to be signed for.  If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee. 

I live in a condo/apartment. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?
Our standard service is curbside delivery. Your boxes will be delivered in the driveway entrance closest to the first accessible entry to the building. Ensure you or someone is available to receive the order.  Products needed to be signed for.  If no one is available to sign for the products, delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee. 

Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. However, additional fees will apply for changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
Can I choose my delivery window?
No, you cannot choose your three-hour delivery window, it will be assigned to you by our logistics agent. We try our best to accommodate requests, however we cannot guarantee a time or window. 
What if no one is home when they try to deliver my order?
If no one is home to accept delivery, additional charges will be required for rescheduling your order.
Do I have to help lift or carry anything?
Our delivery team is responsible for unloading the truck and depositing the items at the curb. After that you are responsible for your products.
