Vanity & Bath Returns 

At Vanity Centre, we strive to provide exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We value each customer's experience and strive to make sure they are satisfied.

In order for your return to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened along with the original receipt.

Contact us at info@vanitycentre.ca and provide a copy of receipt with the reason for the return. One of our staff will review ther request and contact you. 

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. 

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied.

Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable.

All sale, clearance items and customized orders are Final Sale.

Vanity & Bath Exchange

An exchange can be made up to 30 days of your original purchase. In order for your exchange to be accepted we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened along with the original receipt.

Contact us at info@vanitycentre.ca and provide a copy of receipt with the reason for the return. One of our staff will review ther request and contact you. 

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied.

Items will not be eligible for exchange if the following apply:

  • Scratched or broken
  • Missing the original receipt
  • Missing the original packaging
  • Shows signs that item has been previously installed

All sale, clearance items and custom orders are Final Sale. 

Damaged Items

All products must be inspected prior to pick-up or when delivered. Claims for damaged items must be submitted same-day.
